Automatic linear piston filling machines is an extremely flexible piston fillers capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or cream with or without chunks or particulates. Automatic linear piston filler is designed for completely automatic, multiple position, inline dispensing of liquids and pastes in volume ranging from 50ml to 1000m per cycle. Available in 6, 8, 10 ,12 and 16 nozzle configurations to match specific production requirements, Dual lane option is available to increase production by 100% while preserving valuable line space.

The liquid filling machine has a frame made of 304 stainless steel. It has PLC control and a touch screen HMI, which ensures reliable and consistent control with minimal operator intervention. The metering cylinders are precisely bored and have a heavy wall, dispensing the product with an accuracy of up to +/- 0.2%. The screw movement is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which is faster and more precise than a pneumatic system. The machine is made of food-grade stainless steel and plastics, ensuring sanitary operations. Anodized aluminum components are also used. The machine comes with a motorized conveyor and an indexing package for integrated container handling and positioning. The "No container/No fill" feature detects missing or misplaced containers, preventing waste and product spillage. The dual-stage fill provides precise control for top-off applications or filling difficult products. It has a unique variable and separate speed control and actuator, ensuring "no spill" control.

Before entering the piston filler, empty bottles are lined up on the main drive conveyor. Optical sensors count the bottles to make sure the correct amount is in place. The pneumatically operated bottle clamping mechanism secures the bottles in position, ensuring they are under the correct filling head to avoid under or over-fills. The filling process starts with stainless steel valves descending into the bottles, providing quick and precise filling. Once the desired volume is reached, the out-gate cylinder moves back, allowing the filled bottles to move forward on the conveyor for sealing.
