The photoelectric detection sensor detects whether the gel tube to be filled exists, which is used to decide whether to fill (filled with tube, filled without tube). The filling gun automatically moves down into the tube, and the gel is automatically injected into the tube. The caps are sorted by the automatic capping mechanism, and sequentially enter the automatic capping station, and a discharging station completes the output of the final filled products. (8) Discharge station: This station completes the output of the final filled product, and the product slides off the inclined track due to the blocking effect of the slide bar. Finally, the filled pipe is sent out by the outlet conveyor belt.
